I won my appeal for an Indefinite Leave to remain in the UK. I received my letter from the?

First Tier Tribunal that my appeal was succesful on 16 Septemebr 2010. I have not received any word/letter from the UK Border Agency regarding confirmation of this appeal or that I should send in my pport for the Indefinite Leave stamp. It has been 8 weeks. Does any one know how long it takes to hear from the Home Office? and/or does any one know a number/contact address that I could use to contact the Home Office. I have a family emergency back home, but if I leave now I won't be allowed back in the UK. Please help.
