Do I need to organize my website in a directory?

I am about an hour away from launching my first site... or so I thought. I have all of my files, other than my images, in a single folder. Is it going to be detrimental in any way, SEO especially, if I don't organize all of my "products" (there are 6 product pages) under a products folder? I have used relative links, so making the switch would be a real pain, but if it has to be done, it has to be done.
