How do i file a grievance against my company's union ?

we are in the middle of a contract negotiation but the company has already started hiring temporary workers. the union should have prepared us for a strike before this had happen. we voted for a strike Feb.14. the union haven't had a meeting with us since then. i think the union is working for the company instead of the employees.
