Honestly, it sounds like the only thing LindsAy Lohan wants right now is money. So if you have a lot, you might have a chance. First of all, you should probably start spelling her name correctly. She's no dummy so this might bother her. Secondly, you want to show her that you have plenty of cash, but you don't want to freak her out. I think she would definitely like it if you played hard to get. Hickory Farms might me a good choice, if you include some sort of invite to lunch to The Ivy.
