How do you get someone o talk to you about your problems( my gurlfriend)?

she never wants to tell me what wrong, but im open up with her as much as i can. she says she love me, and she shows me alot of affection. but when it comes down to problems she haves with either family or friends. she never wants to tell me. what that meanz
