Why we have so many crime in canada?

I believe we should talk about in this page lots of the times to are government, do some things about are problems, how some one can be so stupid to stolen two small bird's ( pet) to day from front of my windows . I just left them alone for fresh air out side in cage...and you guys from Canada are became so sad when I com plane, is ashamed to this country with so many poor, drugs and crime, I was lots two bicycle before , I remember in Iran my homeland because of top punishment Islamic law we did not have so many crime or problems we saw here, walking in the night was safe, almost no drugs , children playing out side and free with out to afraid may some one want kidnap....them. we need talk to make are life better and for are future also, http://canadacartoon.tripod.com
