Best Bud had cancer,she wants 2 write autobiography, wants 2 write bout my feelings frm when i found out!!?

My best friend has cancer two years ago. I was deviated for her. Her life was on tender hooks whether she survived or not. Luckily She recovered but her confidence has been knocked and I don’t know how to help her rebuild her life up. She missed most of her GC SE’s but still came out with good marks. the other day she asked me how i felt when i first found out about the cancer. I don't want to upset her. I died inside when i first found out. She is my everything!! How am i going to describe my emotions?
