Need Help with Vista Flash Being Installed..?

i want to play Pogo.com but it wont allow it. It tells me that the java is not working..well it is its enabled and all..my son tells me I need to have Flash for vista and that i do not have i have reg. flash..can someone please tell me where I can dowload this app. for vista.
