My Hamster overheated and couldnt walk(she wobbled and fell down!) what do i do to help her?

My hamster's name is Oreo and she is a black and white golden hamster. I came up to my room after school and she was lying on her side with her legs spread and i was worried because she always curls up in a ball or something like that. I took her out of the cage and down into the livingroom...at first, i didnt even think anything was wrong with her until she started to wobble around in my hand while i was holding her and she fell forward on her chin, like lying her head down but upright...and she wasnt moving! i thought she died! then she sounded like she was coughing and some pink-ish fluid came from her nose. I was REALLY worried then...I saw on a search engine to put some cold water on her...but isnt that supposed to shock animals?
