To get big fast, you want to do powerlifting basically. As much weight as you can handle for 5 reps, then 3 reps, then 2, then 1. Take around 2-3 minutes between sets/series. Do primarily the core lifts, (not all on the same day) Deadlifts, squats, bench press, power cleans/hang cleans/clean and presses, rows/wieghted chinups
