How do I unfreeze my i-pod?

So i plugged my ipod nano into my computer to be charged. Later i disconnected it but it never went to main menu. It has been stuck to the page that shows when ur ipod is lugged in. Also when I unlock it, the lock on the top still says its locked. It is still stuck like this. What is a QUICK way to fix this??
