Help with fall wedding...?

We're getting married in the fall and I don't want to overspend on the wedding. It will be in a church, with no more than 3 bridesmaids and groomsmen each. Our colors are chocolate and sage. The bridesmaids dresses will most likely be the chocolate color, although I haven't fully decided against letting them choose a dress. What kinds of flowers and what colors without making it all look so copycat? I don't care much for reds, and if we use that any color in that family it would be more of a burgundy and not much of it.
